What to write to us about
A wrong rule, number or fact. Tell us the page, the number or rule, and what you saw instead. A link to the statute, the city page or the agency page is the quickest way to get it checked. If you are right, we fix the page and log the correction on the editorial policy page.
A privacy request. To see, correct or delete what we hold, write from the email address or phone number you used on your request so we can find it. To stop us sharing your details, use the Do Not Sell or Share page.
A roofing company. To receive requests, see the partner page.
A problem with a roofing company. We cannot settle it for you, since we are not part of the agreement between you and the company. Your state's licensing board takes complaints about licensed contractors, and for a dispute with your insurer your state's insurance department takes complaints.
